Morgan Bernat is a mezzo-soprano voice and piano instructor. She is a recent graduate of the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa in Vocal Performance. Morgan is a classically trained vocalist who is familiar with Italian, French, German, and Spanish languages. She has performed in multiple choruses for the Hawai'i Opera Theater (HOT), including Le Nozze Di Figaro (2020), La Traviata (2019), and Eugene Onegin (2018).
This summer Morgan will be performing in the world premiere of Jake Landau's "Pieta" in Italy.
Morgan's teaching philosophy is focused on science-based vocal pedagogy and musical excellence. Her goal is to help students cultivate their musicality, music literacy, and healthy habits.
