Life happens, we understand.

Simply fill out the form below:

If you cancel with less than 24hrs of your scheduled music lesson, you will not be given a makeup, and your lesson will be forfeited.

Notification of inability to attend a lesson is a courtesy to the teacher but does not excuse payment.

It is the student's/parent’s responsibility to schedule the makeup lesson within 45 days of the cancellation otherwise the lesson is forfeited.

THERE ARE NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS FOR STUDENT ABSENCES. Therefore, there is no reduction in tuition for a missed lesson.
